Is it possible to convert a sketch up model to Blender/Milkshape

Is it possible? I can make things extremely well on sketch up and can't do a thing on the other programs, how could I get a model on sketch up to Milkshape/blender?

If sketchup can export the model to say .obj, you can import the .obj file into either Blender or Milkshape.
