Author Topic: How do you get music from YouTube videos into Audacity?  (Read 1430 times)

I'm trying to make music files, and I don't know how to get the YouTube video's music to open in Audacity. What do I need to do? I already have YouTube downloader if that might help. I've heard about you guys doing this, so any advice would be helpful.

I probably don't know what I'm talking about either.

Absolutely no reason to bump a topic unrelated to Blockland only two hours after it's been made.

1. Get Youtube2mp3.

2. Save the file to somewhere easy to remember (like desktop.)

3. Open up Audacity.

4. Find the file in the easy place to remember.

There, you're done.

I'm making a music file.

I use clip extractor. http://www.youtubeclipextractor.com/

Then, I convert the clip, into mp3. With any video converter. http://any-video-converter.com/

(NOTE: You don't have to download them from the site. You can download both of these programs from http://download.cnet.com/windows/ )
