Oh holy.
This is one deadly virus.

One thing: reinstall.

I had this before, it functioned the same, but it's probably under another name now.
What i did was.
Safe mode.
Go to LAN settings of internet browser, disable proxies [it tried to stop you going on internet]
Get proper anti-virus software.
Do scan
Profit!

But it's too late now :C
