It is a good idea, but unfortunately with this build it would be impractical. The landings are so far apart in terms of height that you die when you jump from one to another. The only workable space would be on the roof, which is too small to accommodate a DM.
As far as filling the interior goes, it would be pointless. Because there are 100+ floors, it would be impossible to fill each one with something unique. It would also take a hell of a long time. I don't have the attention span for that. c:
