I need to make one for an add-on I'm making but I have no idea how to make one. Is there a program or something I can use to make one?

Type in .cs at the title and it will automaticly change into a .cs file.

Any text editor will work. Just save as .cs

Notepad doesn't work and Wordpad doesn't work either. And the only other thing remotely like a .cs in Word is a .csv so what do i do?

I tried that and it saves it as server.cs.txt

Just copy an already existing .cs file, and edit it.
