Signing a song which is old, and isn't exactly bad or offensive, bouncing a tennis ball and having red hair, all on public property, does not warrant a count intervention. Like I said, OP is loving handicapped.
I'll assume you meant court. The reason he was annoying me was because he walked up to me randomly, started conversing on a topic I cared none about, following me even though I obviously showed that I was not interested, and annoyingly bounced a tennis ball on the ground near my feet. When the light changed, I ran across the street and he ran to follow me. This files under the definition of harassment and this has nothing to do with the fact he has red hair and freckles, contrary to everybody in this thread's belief. You, sir, are the handicap.
