First of all, you should specify if you want it built or a map. Either way, no one makes things that people suggest/request ever, so your best bet would be to download mission editor and test things like most people do, or take time and build it with blocks.

Second, you can't decipher sarcasm from not sarcasm, jokes from not joking, etc etc from simple text on the internet.
