Modern Warfare 2 Minimap Broken

Recently, I got back to playing MW2, so I wanted to play a Team Deathmatch so I clicked on the gamemode.
Then it appears I joined a hacked server.
I disconnect and go to another server.
I noticed my minimap was shrunk.
Anybody know how to fix this?

If somebody shoots a bullet into hitbox  #5663 (one spot on the inside of the knee) while you are at z coordinate 3642, that happens.

You either had what oromis said or you went into a modded server and it forgeted it permanently. I'm trying reinstalling MW2 entirely.
