Author Topic: "Worlds" constantly updating?  (Read 536 times)

So, I had found out Worlds was released about a week ago. I downloaded it from the forums because it didn't appear on the Mod Manager. Of course, being v1 there was a bug, the map didn't appear in the map list. Therefore, I edited the file so it worked. Well then, v2 came out and I updated it on RTB. I download the update and start playing. I restart Blockland with a message "Worlds needs to update to v2". I updated it again not caring. Then every time I started Blockland the message comes up and it's getting annoying. I delete the file, redownload from the forums, re download from the Mod Manager, everything I could think of but the message keeps coming up. When I delete the file, it pops up and I update, then the file reappears in my add-ons folder, but yet it still gives me the message. I have Blockland in my C: so it shouldn't have to do anything with my VirtualStore.
Help?

It's likely something you did with your fix.

Delete both the zip and if there is one, a normal folder with the same name.

Nope. Deleted both Map_Worlds.zip and the folder Map_Worlds.

I had the same porblem with Zeno's lights I think...... But... How I stopped it was deleted the zip, disabled add-on, and then it stopped. Re-Enabled and It's still working fine.... or should I say WAS. *sigh* It started again and I cant fix it.

I have the same problem with Lfoo's Colorset.

I just ignore it and click the "X".

You are of no help whatsoever.

I figured it out, it created a "fake" copy of the map in the Mod Manager that broke. You need to remove it in the Mod Manager.
