Author Topic: Blockland For Schools?  (Read 7094 times)

nowadays all schools have windows login accounts for every student. so they know who is doing what, when, and from what computer.

but mostly it was nice cuz you get your own documents folder that can be accessed anywhere in the school lol.

Meh, they have a main computer that has screens of all computers and records 24/7.

You still can't tell what Blockland client is coming from what account, but I guess it's not important because you can still go by local IPs which will belong to one computer at a time (although they'll probably switch around every once and a while).

AND, The school could use one ID. So Everyone would use the same ID.

Do you know how much money Badspot would lose from this? Also, say one stupid kid pisses me off. If I would ban him I would ban the entire school.

If I would ban him I would ban the entire school.
Sounds good to me.

Do you know how much 10 year old kids there will be in blockland if this happens?
Think of the horror!

I doubt the school would allow online play, only using LAN.

I think you need to be in a school and be socail yourself. You aren't very wize

my school does but im nto homeschooled.

No school would let kids play on a game with hundreds of guns and a stuffload of cussing.

You never knew how to open folders?

what?

Yeah I learned a lot about computers from Blockland, but I learned a stuffload from the forums. Those of you who are old enough to remember what I was like when I first joined should understand, but for those who werent:

^Oh god

Also, I see no real reason why Blockland would ever be used in schools

The school could set the E-tard filter to block words of such and the school could have the teachers host dedicated servers only. A special version would be needed for this stuff though.

Off-Topic: It's a good thing Badspot doesn't care about who's cursing anyways. More freedom to us.
