Windows 7 home premuium 64-bit OEM.

You could shave off some money on getting a cheaper power supply and smaller HDD.

What PSU and HDD would you reccomend?

I don't own that power supply but it seems like a pretty decent starter. You could obviously go cheaper if you needed to but I would go with that one if you can afford it.
