I've taken a look around the island. There is a spice geyser to the west and a small rock mound to the south. It's too foggy to see past that.

I've gone through the hole. There's a workbench and a chest in the first part of the cave that it lead to. There's no way back up though.

STORY NOTEDear reader, if you are reading this than I am dead. You may not know who I am, or actually care but this island... If you have found yourself trapped on this island you are in grave danger. Out towards the sea, there are things. Disgusting things, monsters that you couldn't even imagine. I've tried to get off the island before. They destroyed my raft, and chased me back here. There is nothing you can do. You will die on this island. I am sorry my friend.

HEALTH
Red-haired person's health is determined by how much physical damage he has taken. if he has taken none, then the bar is full.
HUNGER
Red-haired person's hunger is determined by how much energy he has. His hunger level goes down the more tasks/work he does. His hunger level also determines how well he can perform tasks. if his hunger level reaches nothing, he'll start to starve and his Health will lower as well.
The level of the stat isn't always the most important. If a bar starts flashing that means his need has become urgent. For example, if his sand girlfriend dumps him, even if his hunger is fine he'll be inclined to eat.
