How to make songs?

I have audacity, and I know there is an "Export as Ogg Vorbis" but I don't know what to do after that.

The little arrow next to the info at the start of music track. Click on it, split the track, then press that arrow for both of the new tracks and change them to mono.

Okay, I put it in the music folder.
It doesn't show up.

Is there a limit of how long it can be?
Here's what I did.
1. Got my music, got the part that I wanted.
2. Pressed the arrow, split it, then changed both of them to mono. (Do I have to do that to both?
3. I exported as an ogg vorbis, and put in music folder.
4. not there.
