Nothing submitted in the past five days?

Mod Manager is telling me that nothing has been put up on RTB in the past five days, yet I'm sure there has been something, like that WWII decal pack or whatever. Is this intended, is this a bug on my part, or is it in the game?

http://www.returntoblockland.com suffers reconstruction, Add-On upload section is suffering that too, people can't access it to upload new stuff.

Ok, I'll just wait for it to be done with whatever needs to be done.

I had to migrate everything over to a new datacenter which required me to close the upload system to prevent files getting out of sync between the two servers during the migration. The upload system is now open again.
