hi.

It's what happens when you stick a bunch of children filled to the brim with testosterone and think that since they can't control their own hurricane of a lifestyle, they can control the forums with two moderators and an admin who doesn't appreciate stupid people.

Be Negative. Is my blood type.

Pointing out our negativity as a bad thing is sort of negative. :/

All the negativity is making the negativity even more negative.

Pointing it out can help stop it, which could be a good thing :]

When I was doing some mosying around here, my mom just so happened to see me looking at research browsing the forums as normal. but I remember when the forums were a little more peaceful than this.
You haven't been on the forums very long. I've been here the whole time you have and it's still the same.

This place used to be peaceful?

That's hard to imagine.

This place used to be peaceful?
Relatively peaceful. It had it's fads of hatred and angst, usually when certain new users join and disrupt the balance.
That's hard to imagine.
And it's that mindset that actually stops the forum's from not being completely hostile and negative.
It's not like it's a hard feat to not call someone out on something, or keep your nose out of Drama.

If anything, I'd say most of the negativity really comes from the fact that the majority of the forums users are angst ridden teenagers.
It's pretty normal for teenagers to be depressive and mean, and the fact that no one here ever has to physically face off with one another, means that no one is afraid to be hostile, mean or negative.

But, there are always the times when topics are just filled to the brim with joyfullness, creativity and good times.
Plus, there are those certain users who never, unless jokingly, act hostile or badly towards other users.
