Alternate Payment Methods

I had an account with Paypal, and a consistent error with their systems prevented me from paying the 3 dollars I had owed them. After a few weeks I was sent a notice that my account has been blocked, and attempts to re-appeal to them have proved futile. Long story short, if I use my credit card, it'll say "This card has been blocked. Please use another."

I'm afraid I am in the same boat as him with a slightly different reason. When my mother had passed away I had thought that I had changed everything. It turns out I missed that her name was still in the account (which apparantly you cannot change). I am currently trying to resolve the matter but either my faxes arn't going through or they take forever reviewing faxes.

It really depends on how much the transaction is, for 20 dollars, if I recall, it's only a dollar or so.

Well, I was really looking forward to slapping down 20 dollars into Badspot's pocket but unless he can think of another way of payment with my credit card, I'll just have to use that money on something useful instead. :(
