My Dedicated Server Will not work!

Hey Guys, This is Battle Scrappy [CS]
My dedicated server won't work, I have tried re-downloading blockland, reseting server, take add-ons out, everything!
It just says this:
                                ERROR: BlobContainer::snapshotBuffer() - sqllite error 21

It is always so close to finishing the wait for it to start, but then it says that. I need help, or I can't start up a server anymore. Oh wait, I could try a regular server, non-dedicated. The problem with that is that I like dedicated so I can leave my server. Well I hope you guys will reply so I can get my server to work.

i do, although i tend to answer event and addon problems more than server problems

It's been an hour an 20 minutes since anyone else but me has posted in "help".

There are 129 users online as of right now. No one knows what the probem could even REMOTELY be?
