You buy it through Paypal or your credit card. Your e-mail does not carry money. It's used to give you your activation key.

The activation Key by the way isn't the same, like some people think that there is only one code and everyone who buys blockland has it. Don't tell your Key to anyone else, Not even your mother.

If you even bothered to check, you mail (not e-mail) money, a money order (still through mail), or use paypal. You'll have to provide your e-mail address (automatic through paypal) so the owner can send you your activation key, which you should share with no one, unless you want your $20 to be wasted as your key will be deactivated.
