Vista is makeing me sick...Plz help.

I'm trying to download return to blockland, i did and it asked me, "were would you like Firefox to put this file?" the add-ons folder was not an option so i clicked browse, when i found the add-ons folder, and clicked it to save rtb to it. it didn't do anything. I think this is the work of a dumb vista. Thats why i wanted windows xp, but nooooooo. So anyway, can someone help me.

firefox blocks all executable files on my xp use explorer is your anser

First, put the file you've dl'd into my documents (my firefox just says open or save) or where ever, and then using Windows Explorer (not the internet program) move the .zip into the addons folder. simple as.
