which Battlefield is it?

I'd say 1942 but the melody is in every game, just "remixed".

True, but 2142's theme becomes completely different around 45 seconds in, and I don't even think it shows up in either of the Bad Company games.

that music was the bf2 one though, because halfway through they play the MEC loading screen music.

TF2 does not have amazing music. Unless they did a longer version of Rocket Jump Waltz I can't see any of the songs being played by an orchestra.
