while as since you need blockland to use the IRC, i figured it uses your ID, which is constant

It seems unreasonable that I have to deal with hundreds of dumbass kids that can't control the stuff coming out of their mouths or behave in an acceptable manner towards other people, yet you don't see me bitching and moaning about it. I'm not paid nor obligated to provide this service to them, so if they piss me off I ban them. Complaints in writing please.
