I'm convinced that my parents tenant has set a password to our router. I have gone to the manufactorer's website to get the default password, and none of them work. I'm asking this because I'm wondering what happens when I reset a router? I know that the password and any ports on it go back to default. I have done it before, but never with another computer connected to our network. I don't know much about routers, just how to forward ports. If I reset it, will it disable his connection to our network? Should I just press the reset button and see what happens? Any Ideas?
