No-one is able to join my dedicated

Yup.
I can't connect , my friends can't connect , yet it is there.
Sure , I can connect via LAn , but that would be the same as singleplayer.
No ,I need to be able to actually host with it.
I host it on the PC downstairs , but treid here aswell.
When I try to connect , it just says
Sending punch packet...
Forever.
One million times.
Help please , I searched more than 10 times.

All I know is that the host of a dedicated HAS to join the server through query LAN. He cannot join through query INTERNET. Port Forward maybe? Check firewall settings, all the basics.

Nevermind , somehow I changed the welcome message in a non-dedicated and removed a password and that fixed it.
