Flyingvehicle + Player in water?

I'm in a bit of a pickle...

While I was fiddling with a flying vehicle in water I noticed some thing quite cool. Anyway would it be possible to make the player work like a flying vehicle in-water, I know its a bit crazy but I'm on to some thing. Any similar ideas how to do it would be nice as well.

I'll try to help (But most likely fail), but what if you made either: a special swimsuit or vehicle that would allow for this, or a like player type ( like in the minigames). KK, I failed, I think.
