I am a huge advocate of that, but the way steve behaved before that post made me believe that he only saw torrents as a means of piracy. If he had not made such a big deal out of the OP in the first place I would not have said a thing.

thepiratbeay hosts torrents, the torrents themselves are the things that would get you banned, not the site
if the site was a bannable offense (dnp) then obviously it would be taken down by some legal force by now, don't you think?
