This is something I organised where you can submit a picture where there is alot of small pictures of the cat line in blockland. you can also take moments from the chat line you think are hilarious and/or random. but who likes big blocks of text? i'll just show you how to make one
HOW TO MAKE ONE (or two):
1. start in Microsoft Paint. (or any painting software that lets you paste images into other images)
2. fill in the empty space with a color or a picture (a simple color would be a little more educated)
3. Paste a picture you desire (this does not have to be on the chat line. as long as it's a picture)
4. Crop it so that only the part with the funny thing is showing (you can simply do this by making black rectangles over the unnessecary parts)
5. If you want to add more, repeat the last step until you have as many as you want
6. Sign your name (a picture is optional)
HOW TO GET A CHAT LINE PICTURE:
1. When someone says something funny, take a picture of it (it's important to press SHIFT-P not CNTRL-P)
2. If you are too late, then press PAGE UP and go back to when the person said that
