What are you even talking about?

GIMP doesn't have a lens blur. How does it differ from a plain old Gaussian? Perhaps it can be simulated with several filters.

Holy stuff, it doesn't actually remind of Fallout 3 But like, These buildings that you see in-games. You just can feel they're modelled/fake.

They blur exactly like that in Fallout 3.

Hot damn dkamm, that's sick.

I've noticed that the best ones have a nearly horizontal angle; the ones that are more aerial don't really work.
