The exterior seems way too repetitive to me. You could try using cornerstones and adding clearer frames for the windows.

The interior looks a bit unfinished, as I see missing bricks, and asymmetry in the wall decorations. (I'm obsessed with symmetry ;_;) Decorating the ceiling would probably give the interior a major facelift, as baseplate roofs are usually pretty dull.

in that case, they must be modified print bricks that look like they aren't print bricks

I've never seen the outside constructed as such. A little bit of perfecting would be required but after tinkering I think you could have an interesting way of building.
