Some of them could be passive, not everyone has the same idea of zombies.

From what I've seen, zombies in dead rising don't attack immediately.

well you could always mod arma yourself and make it so you have to spend 5 hours to find a bullet and have to drive around a stuffty pickup that breaks down every 10 minutes

Really this is nothing amazing, I encourage anyone to get Arma2 if your into serious military simulation but, not for this mod. It's pretty much just running around a large world killing zombies with no real objective or goal.
