You'll are mostly likely to need a connection upgrade.
Your server will not work if your connection's speed rate is below 218kbps.
I recommend you to have a connection with speed rate above 816kbps to prevent lag-suffering.
Anyway, some users do not have enough money to get a better internet connection, that's a big problem, which even I do have.
You can pay a hoster to host the server, which is much more cheaper than getting a faster connection.
