Okay, let me start off by saying some of these can be a little loud. The loudest has to be Not gonna rain. But still, these are good horror songs.

Let's see. All is the first shock song, Claw Finger is that crazy woman's theme. Die is Pyramid head's theme, Not Gonna Rain is just an enemy theme, I believe. Not Tomorrow is Lisa's theme, The otherside is Silent hill v.2's theme and Tears Of... is the good ending+ theme.

They don't work
   I downloaded them, went to music folder, and found them.
 When i enabled and went ingame, i checked a music brick and nothing was there, then i made sure it was still in the list, and they were gone.

Betrayal exists, laura plays the piano(?) exists, I have a bunch. if you come to my server or something you can get them.
