External Hardrive help.

Well, i just got an external hardrive, because my old hardrive filled up. Is it possible to download some new steam games onto my new hardrive, but keep steam on the old one?

Have your tried to delete all the trash and every game that you actually don't play anymore?
Can't help you about the other part but I think it's pretty impossible. I don't know but that's what I heard.

No you have to install steam games into the steam folder, but you could move the entire steam folder.
