I tried getting a ping test from 150 miles, and it was terrible. I download about 150 kb/s, but what is weird is that my browser is very fast. What I really need is something to up my download speed, I have no applications running besides Steam, and that is downloading TF2. I am using a wireless set-up close to my Airport (wireless internet).
Should I try to plug to in an ethernet cable to get faster speeds or is there another way? I am running a 2 GHz core 2 duo processor, and I have a 2 GB Memory.
