Stormy Bedroom?

On my old Windows computer, I had a stormy bedroom map. It was really cool, and I'm looking to download it. I've looked on the RTB Mod Manager AND on this forum with no luck. If someone could be helpful enough to post a link, that would make my day. Thanks in advance.

I thought was some mod where you used the mission editor so you could have lighting effects and stuff.
