Mouse wheel isnt working on BL

i think what it is, is that it's just a slow scroll, not delayed reaction, which once happened to me, not sure how i solved iti have those binded to keys, and the scroll still works

So should i improve the reaction somehow?

probably, through settings for mice and other hardware stuffs, although then it will be super crazy fast for the forums/other things i think
