You accidentaly the games section earlier, I saw.

It looks like a rough sketch of the cartoon with some random actors saying something.

It appears the voice acting was done by the narrator, and it went out of budget by the time they nearly finished the animation.
But that's no excuse for how horrible the voice acting is, it's like everyone is dying and are trying to stop themselves.
