What is this bullstuff now

I searched it up and I got nothing that helped.

I'm gonna do a troubleshoot if I can somehow find it.

I dont use it because LIVE was made by a bunch of friends who haven't a clue as of what they are even doing.

Completely uninstall it, then reinstall. You don't need to run it if you're playing GTA UNLESS you bought it through the Windows Live store.

It's steam, but I need to use it to play online.

And I already did that :c

And Microsoft won't help me, and their forums are empty, too.
