Fill in certain parts with your own user specific information.

I'm really hoping this person is going to respond back. If you have seen my last two topics related to pms I get on youtube you know that I hate everyone who sends me terrible videos on youtube.

Also, if you think this is a bit harsh, you should realize I get three of these every day.
