Dying Whenever I Load a Save

So I've noticed lately that whenever I load a save file, I always die. I know it's not a kill brick because sometimes I spawn where the save doesn't have any bricks.
Not that this is interfering with anything else, it just gets a little bit annoying after a while. Any ideas on how to fix this, or is it something I'll just have to deal with?

It might be another add-on conflicting with it?

Two options:
1. Disable add-ons until you can load without dying, then tell us which one causes it for future reference.

2. Get us a traced console log which will allow us to pinpoint the add-on for you. Here's a quick walkthrough if you want to try it:

Disconnect from the RtB IRC if you're connected to it.
Start your server, single player would be best.
When it loads, open the console, type:

trace(1);

and hit enter.
Load the save file immediately.
When you die, hit alt+f4 and upload your console log.
