What does this mean:

STEAM Certificate Length error! 0/2048

I keep on getting this when i try to go online, And online was working perfectly yesterday
Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Try deleting/renaming ClientRegistry.blob

What will that do once i try and relaunch the game. I don't want to delete something unless i know what the effects will be.

When it ry to connect online when im ingame it says STEAM Certificate Length error! 0/2048 and stops loading into the server
