Ephialtes didn't want to do a wiki anymore.

The best I can do is offer my services to the community - some they like, others they don't. The wiki was pretty unpopular and had already been shut down once before due to inactivity. If someone else wants to give it a try, I don't see a problem with it.

I'd suggest you just encourage people to contribute more to that one rather than try to build up all the content it has in your own.

It does, just without articles 

Anyways, the reason I posted the link now is to get people interested and want to help out. And I can't right every single article by myself, so that's why I'm letting people right articles.

If you want to apply as an editor, send me a sample article you made and I'll take a look.

Also, to settle the issue with that forum thing, I'm going to make the forums a completely different site. Just so I can manage things easier. Also I am hiding the Apply tab due to some form submission thing with my site. If you get the link to the page, that means your in.
