I reckon a country-side farm, perhaps with landscaping would be rather interesting.

And, if ever I'm free, I'd be glad to build with people.
I get bored building on my own, and I like to change what I'm building after a while, lest I become bored with it.
Sometimes I do plan too big though, and I have to be pushed a little bit to finish.
