Set brickownership event?

Hey, I am making and RP server and want house building to  be incorporated in it somehow. So I want to place baseplates that people can buy and build on. However I can't find a SetBrickOwnership type event. Is there one out there? Or is there a way to do it with VCE?

Haha I found it, it was on RTB but I guess I missed it. Thanks for the help.
