Author Topic: Sqlite error... what?  (Read 790 times)

This error occurs when I try to start hosting a server. When I start hosting the server, I am able to close the error and start playing on my server. However, when someone joins the server, this will appear and in a few seconds everything blockland just crashes.

Here's what it says:

Blockland could not write to cache database. This can be caused by running the game from a read-only directory or CD-ROM.

Here's a screenshot, with the desktop behind the game edited out.

problem seems pretty self explanatory, also, the search button is there for a reason
try rereading it if it doesn't make sense?

Wow, am I stupid. [/sarcasm]

No but seriously I'm not running it from a read-only directory, just so you know.

dared it haves something to do with the Cache Database the same happend on my brother's computer.
Just reinstall blockland. or get an working cache.db file LOL jk

just Reinstall blockland then it works again.

 - Right click on the Blockland directory
 - Check the permissions
 - Make sure you have write permissions at the least
 - Apply to all subfolders and files
 - Right click on the cache.db
 - Make sure your permissions are applied

Usually, deleting cache.db fixes this.
