I can't join rky's Server.

I made a topic about this earlier but it was to old to bump.

So I've been trying to connect to rky's Server and every time i try it freezes on "Downloading File Manifest".
I can't chat, but if i hit esc it goes back to the main menu. I've tried reinstalling, I've switched computers, i just can't seem to get it to work. I could join the server before November. and other servers work fine, but I just can't seem to connect to rky's.

Here's My console log, although i couldn't find anything odd about it.

Just to note, this only happens to some people but most others have no issues whatsoever.

There is something wrong about this server.
Ive seen three topics about this.

So I tried to join again today, and according to rky, Trigun fixed the loading issue somehow. rky told me to ask him, and i would if i knew how to contact him.

I now need either how to fix this issue, or how to contact Trigun.
