How does add-on artwork get on the "speedy download server"?

If I have an add-on, how do I get it on the super fast download server? Does it get uploaded when I start blockland? That would be great if it did.

I don't think they upload yet, as I think that's coming in v20.

Only public add-ons from before v19 are on the fast download server. The rest you get from the server host.
