I've probably saved 30 or 40 people from buying Macbook Airs and having a 1000$ laptop that will be obsolete in months.

That and also when you answer, you can get points to ask questions.

Most sections only get dumb answers, but when you're trying to learn a programming language, like C++ you can easily get fast and efficient support off of the programming section.
