What does that do?

I've heard it may help with crashing problems, but i'm afraid to delete it.

You'll have to redownload everything.
Although, it does fix most problems with content downloading.

I haven't had any problems with cache.db, but I don't join "xXkitty_man_slayer_xX's FREE PRIEVET ADDON SERVER".

Yeah I think its a myth too, because I tried it didn't work kept crashing
