There is no need to compare. It was a statement. We do things that, if we look back at them, we see they who? were stupid (not just short-term or anything). This includes major things as well. I just found that question worded weirdly. I am also tired of going back to what I said that one time, so I shall refuse to answer any further questions regarding that initial post I made (from this point on). Sorry for not responding sooner. I had to leave before I had a chance to answer.
If everyone is stupid, the word loses its meaning. Stupidity means having lower than average intelligence. [Correct me if this is wrong]
If the average is already stupid, the term becomes meaningless.
