It might be because the computer may not be completely booted, but it's not functioning.
I'm seriously worried I have a virus, and that would really forget me up.
Firefox is fine
Skype is fine
Teamviewer has successful connection
BYOND is fine
Wifi says it's fine

Google has several services that should be enabled via MSCONFIG.
